How it works

Paste it. Read the finding. Post it.

Four steps, none of which involve waiting for somebody else. The engine reads the draft where you wrote it, tells you what is wrong in the words of the rule, offers the fix, and writes down what it decided.

01  The draft

Write where you already write.

No second window, no copy-paste into a portal. LoanLogic sits in the compose box you use for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, SMS and print, and stays quiet until there is something to say.

02  The read

The engine reads it before anyone else does.

Four rule sets run at once: Reg Z, Reg N, state licensing and your own broker policy. Each finding names the rule, quotes the phrase that triggered it, and says whether it is fixable or cannot go out at all.

03  The fix

Take the fix or write your own.

“Insert disclosure” drops in the APR, term and down payment in the form the rule requires. Rewrite it yourself if you would rather — the check runs again on whatever you leave behind.

04 THE RECORD

The decision is written down.

Every check writes an immutable row: what was read, which rule applied, what was decided, and when. It is the answer to “show me your process” a year from now, and it exports.

The difference

First draft to posted, both ways.

The four steps above are the whole loop. Run end to end, it is the difference between posting into the rate move and posting after it.
